RECS Systems Pvt Ltd ("RECS Systems", "we", "us") operates NetNaksha, an app that lets fiber/network field teams map, document and share network infrastructure (poles, cables, closures, cabinets, addresses), including offline in the field. This policy explains what data NetNaksha collects, why, and how it's handled.

NetNaksha is used by teams. Network data and photos you and your teammates add are shared within your company's account, so colleagues on the same team can see the same map. Your account credentials (email, password) are private to you.
To work offline in the field, the app caches your company's network map, any edits made while offline (until they sync), and your login session directly on your device using local storage. This lets you keep working without signal.
Subscription payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a licensed payment processor. We never receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details — only confirmation of your plan and its expiry date.

We retain your account and company data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account, company data, or specific photos, email us at recssystems@gmail.com and we'll process the request. Full steps are on our account deletion page.
Passwords are hashed and salted before storage. All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to company data is restricted to authenticated users of that company.
NetNaksha is a professional field tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children under 18.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account admins by email.
