Delete your NetNaksha account

You can ask us to delete your NetNaksha account and the data linked to it at any time. You don't need to keep the app installed.

How to request deletion

Email recssystems@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in to NetNaksha.
Use the subject "NetNaksha account deletion request".
Say whether you want to delete only your user account, or (company admins only) your whole company workspace with all its users and network data.

To protect your data, we may reply to confirm the request came from the account owner before deleting anything.

We confirm by email once deletion is complete, within 30 days of your request.

Your user account: your email address, name, password (hashed), role and project access.
If a company admin deletes the whole workspace: the company account, all of its users, projects, network data (cables, poles, closures, splices, splitters and locations) and all uploaded photos.

Data your team shares: if you delete only your own user account, the network data and photos you added stay in your company's workspace, because they belong to your team. A company admin can ask for them to be deleted.
Billing records: invoices and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (up to 8 years). They contain no network data.
Backups: deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days, until those backups are overwritten.

To delete specific photos or network items without closing your account, remove them in the app, or email us at recssystems@gmail.com.
